ABOUT SANDER LIGTHART

Sanders’ love for film originated at an early age: at the age of 12 he directed his first ‘commercial’, at the age of 17 one of his films was selected for an international film festival. His first ‘real job’ as a director was in the first season of Big Brother in 1999.

At advertising and communication agency Moodfactory, he focused on directing corporate films and commercials, winning several international awards (including Grand Prix Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, Gold World medal, New York Film Festival).

Over the last fifteen years he has written and directed short feature films in which he could express his love of drama, in addition to corporate and commercials (for NOC*NSF, European Commission, Olympus and Swiss Sense).
